Start a conversation.

Visitor advice, school trips, memberships, research and feedback: connect with the team through BAS’s own channels.

HOW CAN WE HELP?

Make the next step easy.

Tell the team what you have in mind. Choose a topic to see what to include, then open a draft in your email app.

Include the park, preferred date, group size and the activity you would like to try. Mention guide, transport or accessibility questions.

Your text stays in this page until you open your email app. Review and send the message there; this page does not send it for you.

You can explain any earlier report, add supporting evidence and describe the outcome you would like. Names and contact details are optional if you choose to remain anonymous. Contact preferences include email, phone, WhatsApp or an in-person follow-up; the published guidance says contact details are used for follow-up and resolution.
